I enthusiastically entered the real estate market when others were exiting, and interest rates were 18%. I have been fortunate to sell in the San Diego/La Jolla, Salt Lake City, and now Billings and Red Lodge markets. My degree in marketing and advertising helped me select the most effective ways in which to market a property. I have accumulated many years of experience and honed my skills in negotiations. As a result of my hard work, 93% of all my business are referrals. I specialize in new construction, rural, recreational, residential, resort, vacant land, and commercial properties.
I moved to Montana and started selling real estate in late 2015. Montana became the third state where I’ve held a broker’s license. By 2018, I was the top producer in the Red Lodge/Carbon County markets and remain the top producer today. In 2021, I was the #1 agent in all central and eastern Montana by sales volume and I was ranked 24th in the US for volume in 3rd quarter of 2021. Allow my experience work for you!

Nancy was so great to work with! She was immediately ready to help us with our home search and kept right with us as we went back and forth constantly on what we wanted and if we were really ready to move at the same time. When a home came up on the market while she was on vacation she was still doing everything for us on vacation! She went to bat for us when things were called out on our home and continued to fight for us all the way through the process. It would seriously have been a nightmare to get into this home without Nancy and her dedication to make sure everything was up to our expectations! Nancy Curtis, who is based out of Billings, MT., was referred to me by the mgr. of the bank who held the mortgage on my property. I had 3 lots, which the bank agreed we could short sale. From the moment I contacted Nancy she aggressively marketed the properties and within a couple of weeks sold two of the 3 lots to different buyers. She negotiated not only with the buyers, but also the bank and everything went very smoothly. During the entire process she kept me informed and was always diligent in getting things done. Nancy helped my husband and I search for a home in the Billings, MT area. We were not easy clients, we had two options, homes if we sold our current house, and then homes if we did not sell our house. We were very particular, must have at least 2 car garage, no homes with vinyl siding, only in certain neighborhoods, 2 different price ranges..... we were only available to look nights and weekends. To say the least this would be hard for anyone to attempt. She did a marvelous job, very patient with us, showed us the same house more than once, was available to us when we needed her to be. Very professional, made us feel like we were her favorite customers and it turned out we could not buy a home after all as my husband is being transferred to another state. If you want to work with someone who is upbeat, will not show you homes above your price comfort, who is even willing to drive out and look at homes before showing them because the listing did not say vinyl etc.. then Nancy is your best choice. We have worked with many very nice professional realtors, but she just made it feel like you were friends. I trusted her and in today's world that says a lot.
